1. If faulty or damaged the products could be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving for replacement or refund
2. Ultrasonic cleaners and power supply units come complete with 6 months warranty, unless physicaly damaged
3. Inks and colours cannot be returned under any circumstances!!!
